Our digital products (free and paid ones) are delivered by Internet download. Please check your mailbox for email from E-Junkie (our digital delivery partner).
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads for limited period of time. Please keep your download(s) in a safe and dry place in case you need them in future. Contact us if you need to re-download your product(s) later.
Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.
Return & Refund Policy
We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product providing you have not downloaded it yet.
Due to the nature of our physical product (a digital software provided on USB Flash Disk drive), item is eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, but only if the item has not been delivered to you yet (the delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks). If you requested a refund, simply do not accept the parcel so that the item is returned to us. Once we receive the item back, you will be fully refunded providing you haven't downloaded the digital products. Otherwise you will be refunded for the physical product only minus our shipping costs.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
There are any fees associated with refunds.
We, of course, accept return request if the physical product is damaged. In that case we gladly exchange the product for a new one as soon as we receive the original damaged product from you.
